10% early-pay discount for full payment before Dec 31, 2026
After that: full payment, or 5 equal monthly installments (Jan–May 2027)
All $250+ packages include a banner printed by MHS Baseball
Payment accepted via check or electronic method (details provided on form)

Sponsor Commitments

Provide a high-resolution logo (vector preferred) by Jan 15, 2027
Family Night and First Pitch dates scheduled first-come, first-served
Content subject to McKinney ISD and Al Alford Stadium approval
Sponsorships non-refundable after banner production begins
The Booster Club will issue an acknowledgment letter for tax purposes
